A return authorization number will be sent to you via e-mail in 2-3 business days as long as the return request meets the criteria listed in our return policy.

Electric or electrical parts may only be exchanged for like part. No refunds will be issued for any electrical parts.
Special order, backordered, and discontinued parts cannot be returned for a refund.
All returns must have a return authorization number which can be obtained by filling out our parts return form, if eligible a return authorization will be sent to you by E-mail within 72hrs.
parts return must be returned within 10 days or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
After 30 days parts return are ineligible for refunds.
Please make sure part or parts are returned in original packaging.
Large items may incur an oversized shipping return charge.
Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded unless an error was made on our behalf.
